Founded in 2008, Atream is an independent management company specializing in the management of real estate assets and funds (OPCI, SCPI, FIA).

With a team of over 55 experts in real estate investment and Private Equity, Atream identifies and develops both tailor-made solutions for institutional investors and collective wealth solutions for private investors.

For 13 years now, Atream has developed recognized expertise in assets linked to the Tourism sector, notably by supporting major operators such as Club Med, Center Parcs, or Accor. From 2011, Atream chose to diversify its offering by also investing in the rapidly growing tertiary, residential, and then wine sectors. Atream currently manages and advises nearly 4 billion euros in assets, representing over 300 properties located in 4 European countries (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium). Atream is AMF and AIFM approved for its real estate portfolio management and capital investment activities, and is a member of ASPIM (French Association of Real Estate Investment Companies).
