Founded in 2008 by Pascal Savary and Grégory Soppelsa, Atream is an independent management company specialising in the management of real estate assets and funds (OPCI, SCPI, FIA). With a team of over 55 experts specialised in real estate and private equity investment, we identify and develop tailored solutions for institutional investors and collective estate solutions for private investors. For 13 years, Atream has been developing recognised expertise in tourism assets working with major operators such as Club Med, Center Parcs and Accor. As early as 2011, we chose to diversify, investing in the growing commercial, residential and winery sectors. Atream currently provides management and consulting services for a portfolio of nearly €4 billion with over 300 assets located in 4 European countries: France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. We have AMF and AIFM accreditation for real-estate portfolio management and private equity activities, and are member of ASPIM (French Association of Real Estate Investment Companies).
