The asset benefits from a strategic location within a dynamic business area, situated at a road junction providing access to the airport, Verona’s historic city center, the exhibition park, and Lake Garda. This positioning enables it to cater to both business and leisure tourists, generating diverse demand throughout the year.
A strategic location at the heart of Italy’s tourism growth
Italy is experiencing strong growth in its tourism sector, attracting leading hotel operators and gradually transforming the market—historically dominated by independent players—toward a more chain-driven model.
Urban tourism in Northern Italy is concentrated in five major cities: Milan, Venice, Bologna, Turin, and Verona, which alone accounts for nearly 3 million overnight stays per year*.
For this acquisition, SCPI Atream Hotels was advised by BonelliErede (legal counsel) and CBRE (technical advisory).
